• Siltran custom designs all 'Packaged' websites. These sites are not created from generic templates, but are 100% unique to the customer.

• Siltran assumes the responsibility for managing the domain names and email accounts; thus eliminating the hassle of dealing with providers and ensures timely renewals.

• Siltran requires a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit to engage services. The balance is due before the site is made available to the public.

• Should the annual payment plan be selected, the first year of hosting is due before the site is made available to the public.

​

• Siltran invoices on the 15th of the month. Payments are accepted via all major credit cards, checks, money orders, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp.

​

• Siltran charges a 15% late fee per billing cycle. Should a site become 90-days past due, it will be disconnected, $150 reconnection fee will be required before it is made available to the public, and the account will require a retainer the equivalent of annual hosting.

• Siltran humbly respects all persons and their individuality. However, if requests for service involves hate-speech, intolerance, or content that incites conflict, Siltran  reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
